Shanghai JM Imtech Facility Services Co., Ltd (JM Imtech) is a joint venture between China Jin Mao Group Co., Ltd (CJMG) and Imtech Deutschland GmbH Co., Ltd. (Imtech Germany).

JM Imtech is the first professional life-cycle facility company for top-grade properties in China. By bringing in advanced concept of life-cycle facility management ahead of its peers, it provides construction services and facility management for grade-A office buildings, modern industrial facilities as well as public infrastructures, which include feasibility study, engineering design, construction build, commissioning at prophases of projects and one-shop solutions of operational management in later periods.
