Business development supervisor (Business Development Dpt.)
Requirements:
- College degree or above;
- Minimum 5 years work experience in property management or real estate of relative field. Experience in famous property management company would be a plus;
- Great ability in management; high level of interpersonal communication skills; Be able to undertake pressure of work; be able to lead and motivate team members;
- Great ability in business negotiation as well as analyzing the market; proficient in oral and written English;
- Preferably have business relationship with relative organizations.
Senior Financial Supervisor (JM Tower)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with a major in finance management or relative field;
- Minimum 5 years work experience in finance or facility management companies or hotels; Minimum one-year financial management experience;
- Proficient oral, reading and written skills in English.
Project Engineer (CSG)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with a major in HAV or relative field;
- Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC design; minimum 1 year work experience in institute of design;
- Proficient oral, reading and written skills in English;
- Having a title of Professional Engineer is priority;
- Able to travel abroad.
Low Voltage Engineer (JM Tower)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with a major in electricity or relative field;
- Minimum 5 years work experience in maintenance and operation of force electricity system in grade-A office buildings or four-star hotels;
- Minimum one year work experience in design;
- Great ability in project management;
- Have a title of Professional Engineer.
Extra Low Voltage Enginee (JM Tower)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with a major in building automatic control or relative field.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in maintenance and operation of weak electricity system in grade-A office buildings or four-star hotels.
- Minimum one year work experience in design.
- Great ability in project management.
- Have a title of Professional Engineer.
Water Plumbing Engineer (JM Tower)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with a major in Water Plumbing or relative field;
- Minimum 5 years work experience in maintenance and operation of Water Plumbing system in grade-A office buildings or four-star hotels;
- Minimum one year work experience in design;
- Great ability in project management;
- Have a title of Professional Engineer.
Mechanical Engineer (JM Tower)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with a major in polytechnic;
- Minimum 3 years work experience in maintenance and operation or in design. Which is of Mechanical system in office buildings or hotels;
- Have a title of Professional Engineer;
- Great ability in interpersonal communication.
Low Voltage Technician (JM Tower)
Requirements:
- Industrial school degree or above;
- Minimum 5 years work experience as a technician of Low Voltage in office buildings or hotels;
- Have a certificate for height voltage operation in useful time.
Water Plumbing Technician (JM Tower)
Requirements:
- Industrial school degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years work experience as a technician of Water Plumbing in office buildings or hotels.
Technician in water supply of air-conditioner (SGH)
Requirements:
- Industrial school degree or above;
- Minimum 2 years work experience in central Air-Conditioning or as a technician of water supply in office buildings or hotels;
- Male; any resident, 25-45 year old;
- Have a professional certificate. & A low certificate for making coal or above.
Senior sanitation supervisor (JM Tower)
Requirements:
- College degree or above;
- Minimum 3 years work experience in cleaning management for four-star hotels or large-scale property management companies;
- Master the knowledge of public environmental sanitation as well as the skills of using and operating all kinds of cleaning equipments and tools;
- Have the awareness of serving and great working ethics; be industrious;
- Great ability in interpersonal communication and team cooperation.
Security guard (JM Tower)
Requirements:
- High school degree; secondary technical school degree or above;
- Male; 25-35 year old; 1.75-1.85 meter tall; local resident; physically and mentally healthy;
- One year experience in security of office buildings;
- Received relative training of security; master basic skills of security;
- Veteran is preferable.
Fireman (JM Tower)
Requirements:
- Senior school degree; secondary technical school degree or above;
- Male; 20-30 year old; 1.75-1.85 meter tall; physically and mentally healthy;
- Minimum 2 years experience in fire prevention of office buildings;
- Able to utilize fire prevention equipments and facilities correctly; proficient in fire prevention skills and methods; able to deal with all kinds of fire risks;
- Veteran from the fire brigade of Shanghai Municipality is preferable.
Cleaner (JM Tower)
Requirements:
- Middle school degree or above;
- Male: 1.68-1.85 meter tall; female:1.55-1.71 meter tall;
- Minimum 2 years experience in PA of office buildings;
- Physically and mentally healthy; be able to stand and work for a long time;
- Able to work consecutively.
